GLM pieces are made from plant-based vegan leather and recycled materials chosen for strength and durability. The shoulder strap, lining and internal foam are all 100% recycled. We use hardware designed to support loads up to 3kg, and all materials have been tested to withstand extreme conditions.
Will my laptop fit?
The main large compartment fits slim devices up to 16 inches. The smaller laptop compartment is designed to fit a slim 14 inch device.
Are the bags water-resistant?
The materials offer resistance to water and everyday wear.
How do I care for my GLM piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners. Store in the dustier bag when not in use.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed for dispatch, we may be able to update or cancel it. Email concierge@atelierglm.com immediately.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders reserve your piece in our production cycle. Estimated delivery windows are listed on each product page, and you will receive updates as your order moves through production.

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and selected digital wallets.
Shipping
Who do you ship with?
All orders ship with DHL Express in the United States and uParcel in Singapore for reliable delivery and full tracking.
Where do you ship?
GLM ships to the mainland of the United States, and Singapore. We will be expanding distribution and will post updates on social and via email only if you have subscribed to receive updates.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by region and will be shown at checkout. US standard orders are delivered within 5 days and Singapore standard orders are delivered the following day. Express options are available.

Where are the products stored?
In the US GLM products are stored in a secure, DHL logistics facility to maintain product quality and ensure fast dispatch through DHL Express. Our main warehouse is located in North America.
Our secondary warehouse is located in Singapore and is a climate-controlled facility.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for items in original condition with all packaging. To start a return, email concierge@atelierglm.com. We offer complementary returns for product defects within one year of purchase.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you would like a different item, we can arrange an exchange within 30 days for items in original condition with all packaging. Please email concierge@atelierglm.com.

How do you ensure ethical production?
We partner only with facilities that meet recognised standards for safe and responsible production and who are already partnering with well known reputable luxury brands. Our facilities are contractually forbidden to outsource production. We ensure this is certification is met through strict quality control audits.
Do you use sustainable transport options?
GLM ships exclusively with DHL to and within the United States, which offers carbon-efficient routing, optimised air networks and ongoing investment in lower-emission technologies. DHL provides programme-level carbon reduction initiatives that reduce the environmental impact of international delivery without compromising speed or reliability. We opt into all sustainable options as part of our company policy.
